Project Brief

Found us online, or have you been referred? And like what we do? Lets get together (or we can talk remotely) to discover how we can help with your project and its requirements.

We work through the information from our consult and start to create a project brief that the designer will use to develop your design concept and initial drawings.

Develop-
Working Drawings

During development we work on a virtual model and computer renders to get a real feel for how the building is going to fit within the site and its context. 

After arranging sub-consultants, brief and fee estimate we then prepare working drawings which are submitted to Council for building consent. We manage the project throughout this process.

Final Detailing-Completion

While the consent is underway, our team work on the interior fit-out and design, selecting fittings, fixings and finishes. 

As the build progresses and reaches completion we review your design and build project objectives, ensuring they have been completed to your satisfaction.
